You can purchase your t-shirt either at the restaurant or you can call or fax us your order with your payment information and we'd be happy to confirm and mail your order to you! Just download our order form and fax it to 904-471-3735. Shipping charges are obtained upon shipment of your order. Your receipt of purchase and detailed summary of items, tax and shipping will be enclosed with your package.
